| Marina Village Resort is a private, member owned camping resort, in existence since August 1975, located on beautiful 90,000 acre Lake Livingston. The park has been designated with the 5 Star Coast to Coast award for thirteen consecutive years and boasts a heavy tree cover of pine and oak. The lake is excellent for all types of water sports including fishing for bass, crappie, bream and catfish.
Marina Village Resort offers 265 individual paved camping pads, 179 of which have sewer connections, overlooking Lake Livingston. Scheduled activities designed for all ages are planned March through October. Amenities include: Enclosed Community Center (pavilion) with a Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

Also available through a reciprocal use agreement with neighboring Westwood Shores is an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, overnight accommodations, public restaurant, inland lakes and parks (guest fees may apply). Rodney Johnston, Larry Smith, Vicki Goodall, John Cravey, Larry Runion, Carla Escamilla and Lisa Bodway are the Association’s Board of Directors. These member/owners are responsible for setting the policies, standards, procedures, programs, and budget of Marina Village Resort. Association Management, Inc. (AMI), a professional management company was appointed managing agent of the Club on October 1, 1995. The management team consists of Cindy Beasley, On Site Manager; Danny Adams, Maintenance Supervisor; and Teresa Hickman, Activity Director. We strive to provide quality service, amenities, and activities here at Marina Village Resort.
