New Membership

Marina Village RV Resort and Campground (MVR) is the only membership park on Lake Livingston. It is tucked in a gated community with many amenities. Membership includes 100 nights of camping per year for $10.71 per night.

New memberships for sale now at great pricing.  MVR is a Deluxe campground in the Good Sam’s Coast to Coast Network.  Membership in Coast to Coast is included in the MVR membership if desired.

How much is a membership?
One-time fee of $500.00, and then only $89.25 a month for 100 nights per year, which equates to only $10.71 per night.

What does the membership include?
As a Marina Village member/owner, you are entitled to 100 nights of camping per calendar year. That gives you access to all of the Resort’s amenities (see amenities tab) and includes a reciprocal use agreement with Westwood Shores to use their facilities including tennis courts, an 18 hole Golf Course paying only a guest fee and a third swimming pool.

How do I join?

Can I bring my Golf Cart?
Absolutely! Electric golf carts are allowed, just contact the office for the registration process.

Do you have WiFi?
Yes, Wi-Fi reaches some areas of the park & at the pavilion. 

Do you have to be a member to rent a cabin?
Yes, or a member can make a guest reservation for you.

What is in the cabins?
The cabins are cozy sleeping quarters with pillows and bedding provided and, yes, A/C and heat are included.

What time is the chapel service on Sunday?
9:00 am

May I bring a guest?
Of course! Guests are always welcome, if your guest is wanting to bring their own camper the will be charged a guest fee of $50.00 per camping site, per night.  

Where are the 50 amp sites located?

If I go over my 100 days, can I still camp?
Yes, for only $20.00 per night.

If I can no longer use my membership, what are my options?
1. You may transfer your membership for a transfer fee, currently $500.00.
2. You may pay a cancellation fee, equaling one year of dues.  

Your account must be current in order to transfer or cancel your membership.  You may contact the MVR office for the cancellation policy.
